9RCorp was created by officials. This is extremely important because it takes someone that does the job to really understand how to run this type of an organization. The biggest complaints that officials shared with 9RCorp were:

• Chasing their compensation down from the assignor
• Last minute scheduling
• The notion that you could only officiate for one group
• The scheduler not being available
• Being treated poorly by assignors
• Being penalized for canceling to do H.S. assignments

• 9RCorp officials are paid monthly for the games they officiate. Officials are guaranteed to be paid by the 10th of each month. For example, any games you officiate in January are paid by February 10th. Officials receive their money via RefPay. Officials can choose to receive their money in one of three ways:
  1- Move funds into your personal bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (direct deposit)
  2- Load your funds onto a RefPay Debit MasterCard
  3- Have a paper check mailed to your physical address

• 9RCorp schedules a month in advance through an online scheduling system named Arbiter Sports. The only time there is last minute scheduling is if there has been a cancellation by an official or a league schedule is released to 9RCorp late.

• 9RCorp realizes that you are independent contractors and can work for whatever group you'd like. Not only does 9RCorp not have a problem with this, we encourage it. The more time you spend officiating the more experience you gain. The more experienced an official is the better. The only thing we ask is that you never cancel games with 9RCorp in order to accept an assignment elsewhere. We wouldn't allow an official to cancel with another group to do games for us because we expect officials to honor their commitments.

• As the assignor I, Dennis Reagan, am personally available as much as possible. I an accessable via phone, text, and email almost anytime. I am always available when games are taking place.

• 9RCorp treats all officials like people and professionals.

• 9RCorp understands that your H.S. & college schedules come first. The long-term goal for most officials is to move up through the H.S. and college ranks. In order to do that we understand that you need to accept those assignments. 9RCorp does however ask for advanced notice (48 hours) for cancellations.
