9RCorp has taken steps to ensure that officials do not miss assignments. We utilize an online scheduling system that officials log into to retrieve and accept their assignments. Each customer also has access to this system. League directors can review the schedule to ensure that their games have been loaded correctly and to see that their games have confirmed officiating coverage. Additionally 9RCorp utilizes a strict fine policy. If an official misses an assignment they are fined. If an official misses a second assignment they are no longer contracted to work for 9RCorp Sports Officials.

Just showing up doesn't get the job done. 9RCorp officials are held accountable for their performance. Officials assigned to handle your games will be fully trained and be recognized as being qualified and competent. Many leagues utilize their own variation of NFHS rules. All rules that 9RCorp is supplied with are posted on this website so that officials can access and review them. All league rules can be found on the RULES page of this website. 9RCorp will foster a high standard of ethics, encourage fair play, sportsmanship, cooperation, and better understanding among officials, athletic directors, coaches, players, and spectators.

Also found on this website is a map that lists each facility that 9RCorp services. Officials are made aware to utilize this map for driving DIRECTIONS to the individual facilities they are assigned to. This alleviates officials being late to their assignments due to being unfamiliar with how to get to their destination. Offcials are expected to be 15 minutes early to all assignments. If an official is late they are fined.

9RCorp is continuously striving to find additional ways to provide officials with any tools that will allow them to perform at the highest level. By providing online scheduling, reminder emails for assignments 48 hours before game time, access to online directions to each facility, a list of league rules, and training, we believe that our officials will perform at the highest level for you and your sports events.
